Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing training modules and restructure them according to NSDC’s prescribed formats.
Align content with NSDC guidelines, covering learning objectives, outcomes, assessments, and module structure.
Collaborate with internal teams, trainers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, validate, and refine content.
Standardize instructional language and flow for consistency across all modules.
Proofread and edit materials for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and coherence.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of module versions and updates.
Coordinate with NSDC representatives to address feedback and implement revisions.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality training modules within set deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, English, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in curriculum development, instructional design, content writing, or related roles.
Preferred: Familiarity with NSDC’s Qualification Packs (QPs), Model Curriculum (MC), and Skill Development frameworks.

Core Competencies

Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and formatting tools.
Ability to simplify complex information into structured, user-friendly content.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
