Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI-Powered Film Restoration & Enhancement Specialist to digitally restore, enhance, and modernize the classic Tamil movie Veerapandiya Kattabomman (1959). The project aims to upscale the film to 4K HDR, improve visual quality, VFX, and sound effects, and ensure a cinematic, modern viewing experience while preserving the essence of the original masterpiece.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in AI-based video restoration, upscaling, color grading, VFX, and audio enhancement using advanced AI tools and software.

Film Restoration & Upscaling:

Digitally restore and remaster old film footage using Topaz Video AI, DaVinci Resolve, and ESRGAN AI.
Enhance frame rate (convert 24fps to 60fps) for smooth motion.
Remove scratches, noise, artifacts, and other film damage.
✅ AI-Based Visual Enhancements:

Improve visual clarity, texture, and facial details using GFPGAN AI.
Implement AI-powered colorization (DeOldify AI) for more vibrant, cinematic visuals.
Apply AI-assisted motion interpolation (RIFE AI) for better frame transitions.
✅ VFX & Battle Scene Enhancements:

Add modern CGI elements, realistic backgrounds, and battle sequences using Unreal Engine 5 and After Effects.
Enhance sword fights, war crowds, explosions, and historical accuracy with AI-powered visual effects.
✅ AI-Driven Audio Remastering:

Restore dialogues, remove background noise, and improve clarity using iZotope RX 10 Advanced.
Upgrade audio to Dolby Atmos for a modern surround sound experience.
AI-enhanced voice modulation (if dubbing is required).
✅ Final Editing & Delivery:

Apply professional-grade color grading and HDR enhancements using DaVinci Resolve.
Ensure seamless blending of AI-enhanced footage with original content.
Deliver the final remastered film in 4K HDR, Dolby Vision, and OTT-ready form
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Experience in AI-Powered Film Restoration & Enhancement.
✔ Proficiency in Topaz Video AI, DaVinci Resolve, Unreal Engine 5, After Effects, iZotope RX 10, and Deep AI VFX tools.
✔ Strong understanding of VFX, CGI, color grading, and video upscaling.
✔ Knowledge of Dolby Atmos & surround sound mastering.
✔ Ability to work with large video files, cloud processing, and high-end computing setups.
✔ Passion for Tamil cinema and historical accuracy in restoration projects.
