Role Overview

We are seeking a Kannada Content Writer to create engaging news reports and content. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment, collaborate with a talented team, and refine your content-writing skills.

Responsibilities

Write and publish news articles in Kannada on the Lokal app.
Collaborate with content writers, reporters, and graphic designers.
Stay updated on current affairs and trending topics.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and engagement in all content.
Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
Strong writing, reading, and speaking skills in Kannada.
Passion for news and local updates.
Experience with push notifications is a plus.
Good research skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bonus: Experience with social media engagement.
BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) required
