Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct virtual counseling sessions via phone, video calls, and online platforms.

✅ Follow up with potential leads to encourage enrollment in coaching programs.

✅ Address queries related to exam patterns, study plans, and time management.

✅ Maintain records of student interactions and track progress.

✅ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance student outreach.
